Pay Range: $72,400 - $83,300

Job Summary

The Associate Marketing Partner supports the development and execution of marketing communications, digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and brand management. 

This position is responsible for developing internal and external communications, managing digital content and website updates, and supporting marketing activities. This role contributes to strengthening the company’s brand presence, engagement, and business growth through effective communication, creative storytelling, and digital marketing support.

Essential Functions

40% - Marketing Communications & Content Strategy

  • Contribute to development and execution integrated marketing communication strategies that support corporate objectives and business growth.
  • Develop internal and external communication materials including corporate announcements, presentations, product communications, executing messaging, and other brand communications
  • Manage and maintain corporate communication channels, content repositories, and marketing collateral to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Execute public relations initiatives and media outreach efforts to enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor adherence to corporate brand standards and best practices across internal departments and external dealers/partners.

30% - Digital Marketing & Content Management

  • Manage and optimize company website content to ensure a seamless user experience, high engagement, and accurate brand representation.
  • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, digital assets, and online content with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement

20% - Marketing Planning & Campaign Support

  • Optimize marketing assets and content across multiple communication platforms.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns and evaluate campaign performance against established objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Development, and other departments to understand product features, enhancements, and customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry news.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and brand consistency.

10% - Creative Content Production

  • Support with capturing photography and video content for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, product promotions, events, and social media.
  • Contribute to creating and editing visual content including photos, videos, graphics, presentations, and multimedia assets that align with corporate brand standards.
  • Maintain digital asset libraries and ensure proper organization, storage, and accessibility of all content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop compelling visual content that supports marketing objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Functions (Continued)

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or the equivalent level of professional experience 
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience in the areas marketing, communication, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, or related areas    
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience creating business communications, presentations, and digital marketing content
  • Knowledge of website content management systems, SEO, and analytics
