Pay Range: $112,900 - $135,500

Job Summary
The Product Management Partner will drive the strategic vision, development, and execution of key products in our portfolio. This role will define product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally to guide product development, and deliver high-impact production/solutions aligned with market needs, emerging opportunities, and commercialization goals.
Essential Functions
- Translate ideas and customer/market needs into clear, actionable product requirements
- Organize, prioritize, and manage development tasks
- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and business stakeholders
- Collect input to shape product direction
- Measure success using data and metrics
- Support planning of both short-term and long-term product goals
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for major product lines
- Define OKRs and ensure alignments with business goals
- Identify opportunities based on market trends and customer insights
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for complex products
- Drive prioritization and resourcing decisions across teams
- Mentor and guide junior level team members
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions (Continued)
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Business-related discipline or the equivalent level of professional experience
- 7 years of experience in the areas of Product Commercialization, Product Planning, Business Development, Sales, Product Support, or Product Management
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong creative and analytical abilities Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Preferred Education and Experience Requirements
- Previous experience with product development
- Experience with a manufacturer of heavy-duty commercial vehicles (semi-trucks, truck bodies, trailers)
- Strong track record of delivering high quality, breakthrough products
