Pay Range: $127,300 - $152,800

Job Summary

The Sr. Lead Process Innovation Partner will lead the charge in revolutionizing our operational processes. This high-impact role requires a visionary with a proven track record in process optimization, strategic thinking, and team leadership. This position will spearhead initiatives to enhance efficiency, drive cost savings, and foster a culture of innovation across the organization.

Essential Functions

Process Innovation Strategy and Execution

  • Lead the identification, development, and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Strategize and manage large-scale projects aimed at process optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for enhancement
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting innovative thinking and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices
  • Oversee the deployment of new processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations
  • Mentor process improvement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process innovation

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define process innovation strategies and align them with the company’s strategic vision

Essential Functions (Continued)

AI Strategy planning and execution

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for integrating AI and innovative processes across the organization
  • Identify opportunities for AI and process innovation that align with business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with leadership to define innovation initiatives and prioritize projects
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and solutions
  • Ensure AI applications are integrated seamlessly with existing business processes and systems
  • Stay current with the latest AI technologies and methodologies, advocating for the adoption of best practices

Performance Measurement and Reporting

  • Monitor the performance of implemented processes, using data-driven insights to make informed adjustments and improvements
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on process innovation initiatives, highlighting their impact on efficiency, cost savings, and overall performance

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business or the equivalent level of professional experience
  • 10 years of process improvement, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies, in a leadership role. preferably with a manufacturer of heavy-duty commercial vehicles (semi-trucks, truck bodies, trailers)
  • Proficient in AI/ML frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale process improvement projects utilizing industry standards and best practices in process innovation
  • Strong track record of delivering high quality, breakthrough products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
