Pay Range: $98,200 - $117,800

Job Summary

The Product Management Partner will drive the strategic vision, development, and execution of key products in our portfolio. This role will define product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally to guide product development, and deliver high-impact production/solutions aligned with market needs, emerging opportunities, and commercialization goals.

Essential Functions

  • Translate ideas and customer/market needs into clear, actionable product requirements
  • Organize, prioritize, and manage development tasks
  • Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Collect input to shape product direction
  • Measure success using data and metrics
  • Support planning of both short-term and long-term product goals
  • Own products/features from ideation to launch
  • Define and prioritize product requirements and backlogs
  • Conduct customer interviews and usability testing
  • Use data to evaluate product success and inform decisions
  • Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap development
  • Other duties as assigned

Essential Functions (Continued)

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Business-related discipline or the equivalent level of professional experience
  • 5 years of experience in the areas of Product Commercialization, Product Planning, Business Development, Sales, Product Support, or Product Management
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong creative and analytical abilities
  • Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience with product development
  • Experience with a manufacturer of heavy-duty commercial vehicles (semi-trucks, truck bodies, trailers)
  • Strong track record of delivering high quality, breakthrough products
