Pay Range: $115,200 - $137,200 annually

Job Summary

The Project Management Partner supports the planning, execution, analysis, and delivery of technology and business initiatives that improve organizational performance.

This position serves as a key contributor in project management, program coordination, business analysis, digital transformation, AI adoption, automation initiatives, process improvement efforts, enterprise technology implementations, and business-value realization activities.

Working closely with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders, this role will help identify business needs, define solutions, facilitate adoption of new technologies, and ensure successful execution of projects that support organizational objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Support and execute project management and program coordination activities for technology, digital transformation, business process improvement, automation, and AI initiatives.
  • Participate in project charter creation, requirements gathering, scope definition, schedule development, budget monitoring, and benefits realization activities.
  • Facilitate business analysis activities including stakeholder interviews, process mapping, requirements documentation, workflow analysis, and solution recommendations.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of project plans, status reports, risk logs, issue logs, dependency tracking, and governance documentation.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to support project delivery.
  • Develop business cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other project documentation required for successful execution.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, issue resolution activities, and post-implementation support.
  • Support organizational change management, communication planning, training development, and adoption activities.
  • Participate in executive reporting, steering committee preparation, project reviews, and governance processes.
  • Support responsible AI initiatives, pilot programs, proofs of concept, automation efforts, and technology innovation opportunities.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure project activities comply with organizational policies, governance standards, security requirements, and established project management methodologies.
  • Build collaborative relationships across business functions to facilitate successful project outcomes.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional technology and digital transformation programs with significant organizational impact.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and oversee execution across business and technical teams.
  • Facilitate governance committees and support steering committee presentations and decision-making processes.
  • Lead development of complex business cases, investment justifications, implementation strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Establish project governance frameworks and project management standards.
  • Drive enterprise process improvement, automation, and AI adoption efforts.
  • Lead vendor selection processes, contract coordination efforts, and strategic vendor relationships.
  • Resolve complex project risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder concerns.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for business analysis, project management, and organizational change management methodologies.
  • Coach and mentor junior project managers and business analysts.
  • Lead implementation readiness reviews, go-live planning, stabilization support, and benefits realization measurement efforts.

Essential Functions (Continued)

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in project management, business analysis, digital transformation, and enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technology projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Strong background in stakeholder facilitation, executive reporting, governance processes, change management, UAT, and business-value realization activities.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors, and implementation activities.
  • Ability to independently lead workshops, facilitate business process redesign, and support organizational transformation efforts.

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements

  • PMP certification, PMI-PBA certification, or equivalent project management credential.
  • Experience leading enterprise application, SAP/ERP, manufacturing, supply chain, HRIS, or digital transformation programs.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI, automation, Power BI, and analytics solutions.
  • Experience overseeing organizational change management and user adoption programs.
  • Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery experience.
